Begin the Intake
What This First Step Is For

A 15-minute call. No sales pitch.

A 15-minute call with Rudy Carpenter.

The point of the call is for the family to leave knowing where the athlete actually stands, what the next 90 days should look like, and whether 12 Sports Consulting is the right fit for the road ahead.

No pressure. No commitment. Most families come out with at least three things they didn't know going in.

What to Expect on the Consultation

What we'll actually talk about.

During the consultation, your family can expect:

  • ·A discussion of your athlete's current stage, goals, and recruiting priorities
  • ·A high-level review of where more clarity, structure, or support may be needed
  • ·An explanation of how the Recruiting Advisory works
  • ·Honest guidance on whether the engagement is the right fit
  • ·Time to ask questions about process, scope, and next steps

Families do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out. The purpose of the consultation is to bring more clarity to what happens next.

What You'll Need to Submit

What you'll hand over when we get started.

Once your family moves forward, the intake process gathers the core details needed to begin the advisory well. That includes:

Athlete Information

01

Full name, graduation year, high school, height, weight, position, GPA, test scores if available, and key athletic data.

Family and Contact Information

02

Parent or guardian contact details, athlete contact details where applicable, and head coach information.

Recruiting Preferences

03

Desired level of play, geographic preferences, academic interests, and other priorities that may affect fit and decision-making.

Media and Supporting Materials

04

Highlight film, full game film, training or workout video, transcripts, and any current recruiting profiles.

Why Families Appreciate the Process

Because the process handles the process.

Most families come into recruiting with real questions, incomplete information, and a strong desire not to get this wrong.

A real onboarding process changes that.

Instead of wondering what happens next, the family knows. Instead of running the recruiting on top of work and life, they hand it to a firm that does this for a living.

That is the standard.

You don't need to have this figured out before the call.

The first call is the only one that costs nothing.

If your family wants the recruiting process taken seriously, this is where that starts.
