Carpenter, a former Pac-10 starting quarterback who later spent time in the NFL with the Dallas Cowboys and Tampa Bay Buccaneers, leads athlete evaluation, coach communication, and strategic advisory work. He maintains active relationships with over 100 college coaching programs across the FBS and FCS landscape, relationships that form the operational foundation of the firm's outreach work.
